Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 4pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for any cancellation 10 days prior to arrival.
75% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 7 days to 10 days.
50% of the total will be refunded if the booking gets cancelled before 5 days to 7 days.
100% retention charges applicable for No Shows and for the confirmed booking being cancelled before 5days prior to arrival.
Mode of payment would either cheque or bank transfer and it would be done within 15 days after the cancellation is done.
Peak season there is no cancellation.
Guarantee Policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.
