Guest Policy

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests, we have outlined our Guest Policy.

Check-in and Check-out

1. Check-in Time:

Our standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability and require approval from the Duty Manager.

2. Identification:

All foreign guests must provide passport identification at check-in as per legal requirements.

Domestic guests are required to provide photo identification along with proof of address, with a preference for a driver's license.

3. Check-out Time:

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. For later check-outs, please check with the Duty Manager, and these will be subject to room availability.

Booking Policy

Booking Responsibility:

Bookings cannot be transferred or resold, either in whole or in part. Any attempt to do so may result in termination of the booking, with any paid money retained by Memmsta Hotels.

2. Age Requirement:

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking. If arriving at the hotel and under 18 years of age, the guest will not be permitted to stay alone.

3. Booking Name:

The name on the booking must be correct at the time of booking and cannot be changed afterwards.

4. Group Bookings:

Booking five or more rooms for the same night is considered a Group Booking. Special terms apply for amending and canceling Group Bookings.

Hotel Policies

1. Smoking and Prohibited Activities:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within our hotels. Guests must not interfere with our fire detection system. Any violation may result in booking termination without a refund.

2. Safety and Security:

For the safety and security of all guests, visitors are not allowed in guest rooms. Guests are responsible for personal belongings, and valuables should be placed in the in-room safe.

3. Room Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy for rooms is clearly stated online during the booking process. Abusing these guidelines may require the purchase of an additional room at the published daily rate.

4. Child Policy:

In addition to the maximum room occupancy, one child under the age of 8 years old is permitted per room. Children must not be left unattended in rooms or public areas.

Payment and Cancellation

1. Payment:

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise advised by Memmsta Hotels.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in are free of charge. Late cancellations will incur a one-night penalty. Refunds for add-on purchases will be provided in the event of cancellation.

3. Modification Policy:

Modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. All modifications, excluding room upgrades, are treated as cancellations and new bookings.

Long Stay Bookings

For bookings of more than 7 nights, you have to settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Further accommodation is subject to settlement of the outstanding amount.

Triple Occupancy Policy:

Some hotels allow triple occupancy by providing an extra mattress for the third person for an additional fee. The availability of this option depends on your booking and the selected hotels. You can obtain all the necessary information while booking through our website.

Visitors Policy

Visitors are allowed in the hotel lobby and public areas but are not permitted in guest rooms for security and privacy reasons. Guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors while they are on hotel premises. Visitors must register at the front desk and provide proper identification. Visitors are subject to the same hotel policies as guests.

Child Policy

Please note that Memmsta Hotels is a global hotel platform, and the child policy may vary depending on the hotel and location. We recommend checking the child policy specific to the hotel you are booking through our website. The child policy details and any applicable fees will be provided during the booking process.

Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol

At Memmsta Hotels, smoking, the use of drugs, and excessive consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within our premises. We maintain a smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

Please be aware of fraudulent activities and scams. Memmsta Hotels will never ask for your personal or financial information via email or phone. If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from Memmsta Hotels, please disregard it and report it to our front desk immediately. Protect your personal information and avoid sharing it with unauthorized individuals.

Insurance

Memmsta Hotels does not provide any insurance coverage for guests' personal belongings. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect their belongings against loss, theft, or damage during their stay. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage for their valuable items.

Please note that Memmsta Hotels will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay at our hotels.
