Your Memmsta Experience Begins Here

When you make a booking on the Memmsta Hotels website, your journey with us starts. By clicking "I accept," you confirm your agreement to these terms. It's crucial to read and understand them before proceeding.

Our Agreement

  • If you're a consumer (not conducting business with us), Memmsta Hotels sells all rooms and extras subject to these terms. A contract is formed when we provide you with a booking reference number. No booking is binding until a reference number is issued.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any booking.

Your Booking, Your Responsibility

  • You cannot transfer or resell your booking. Doing so will lead to termination, with any paid money retained by Memmsta Hotels.
  • Bookings can only be made by those 18 years old or over. If you're under 18 at check-in, you won't be allowed to stay alone.
  • You may book on someone else's behalf, but you're responsible for ensuring they comply with these terms.
  • Ensure the name on the booking is correct; changes are not allowed after confirmation.

Group Bookings and Extras

Booking five or more rooms constitutes a Group Booking, with special terms. Extras, subject to availability, cannot be transferred and are provided according to these terms.

Rates, Payment, and Identification

Room rates are as published on our website or advised during telephone booking. Payments are due in full at booking unless advised otherwise. Photo identification is necessary, even for walk-in bookings.

Rooms and Occupancy Guidelines

Maximum occupancy is stated online. Children under 8 are allowed. Guests must not smoke or leave children unattended.

Booking Cancellation and Modification

Free cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before check-in. Late cancellations will incur a one-night penalty. Modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in.

GST, Group Bookings, and Additional Information

  • For GST invoices, confirm details during check-in.
  • Group Booking cancellations within 30 days won't be refunded. Any additional nights added are subject to availability and payment.
  • Refunds will be made only to the registered booking credit or debit card. There will be no cash payments.
